Services
Every person and dog are different, so I meet you where you are to help you accomplish your goals.
In order to achieve the behaviors you want from your dog, there needs to be a strong foundation and trust. This starts with teaching your dog to pay attention to you, and I will help you with this.
My services include:
-
day training in your home, where I do the training and then transfer the knowledge to you to maintain.
-
one-on-one private sessions in your home where we work together on training your dog
Some of the most common requests for help are that your dog:
-
doesn't listen
-
pulls on leash while walking
-
jumps on guests that come in the house
-
doesn't come when called.
All very common, and with patience and commitment, very workable.
Fill out an inquiry form and I'll be in touch to discuss your needs.
Pricing is fair and discussed on our initial call. If you adopted or rescued your dog, I will donate a portion of my fee to the shelter or rescue organization.

What it is:
Definition: “More like nature” – Learning what an animal's natural needs are and then structuring an environment for the animal that allows them to meet those needs.
Every dog, just like every human, is different. Your dog’s breed, temperament, size, personality, life history all come in to play!
Enrichment

Enrichment means different things to different people. When I first started dog training, I would tell clients that mental and physical enrichment are an important part of your dog's well-being. This is true, but I wanted to understand enrichment more and so I read, "Canine Enrichment for the Real World" by Allie Bender, CDBC & Emily Strong, CDBC. It was eye-opening for me and really broadens the enrichment definition. I now incorporate things I have learned from these experts into recommendations for my clients.
