“One of the most common errors we all make on a daily basis with our dogs is ignoring them when they are being good, resting quietly and refraining from what could have been annoying
or disallowed behavior."

"Train Your Dog Like a Pro"
You weren’t born understanding how your dog communicates, and your dog wasn’t born understanding human words. Just like learning a second language, it takes time, effort and patience to understand your dog. It also builds trust and connection with between you so your relationship is strong.

Coaching involves a partnership between you and me with the goal to develop your skills so that you and your dog have a long, enriching relationship. For that to happen it involves:
-
COMMITMENT – on your part to put in the necessary work
-
COLLABORATION – among us to ensure goals are being met
-
COMMUNICATION – between us so that you communicate effectively with your dog

Understandably, most people seek help for dog training when they experiencing behaviors that they don't like.
There are advantages to being proactive about training your dog to prevent problem behaviors from occurring.
Especially:
-
Puppy parents
You want your puppy to learn what you like (and don't) right from the start. The first 16 weeks of your pups' life are the most important and formative! You only have this opportunity once to positively influence your puppy’s experiences. -
First-time dog owners
You have a great opportunity to build a strong foundation by learning how to be a fair, confident and humane leader for your dog.
Getting off to a good start with your dog will be beneficial in establishing the boundaries, structure and rules that sets them up for success as a furever family member.
